5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on mobaplay — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on mobaplay's end.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted local payment channels are listed in the cashier section after login. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you use belongs to you and that you are authorized to use it.

6. Limitation of Liability
